Plot: What Season 3 Will Bring

Alice in Borderland Season 3

Season 2 ended with Arisu and Usagi having clawed their way through all of the deadly games and back into the real world, alive and ever closer than before. The two have now married and they are living happily with no morbid memories of the Borderland.

But peace is of a slight duration

Suddenly Usagi finds himself ripped out of the game filled world Borderland, back into the danger. Under the guidance of Ryuji, who is a maniac of the afterlife, she once again goes on the journey of this dark world. Heartbroken and desperate, Arisu does not waste his time long: he is back to the Borderland with a great determination and the promise to rescue the woman he loves.

Among this new beginning, the elusive Joker card shadows- a free card that was hinted in the finale of Season 2 but whose mysteries are yet to be unshrouded. The introduction of the Joker indicates that the games are going to become even more knotty and hazardous, which will challenge the powers of will and ingenuity at the limit of Arisu and Usagi and their allies.

Season thirteen is supposed to turn around the limits between life and death, memory and reality, friendship and sacrifice, unlike it has never been done by the show. You can expect to feel your heart beating, friends ripped apart, and to reflect on how good your performance was long after you are home.
